Friday 22 November 1957 morning.
Both investigators have had an odd but pleasant night’s sleep. They had dreamt they were laying in the ocean bed looking up at the surface of the sea with lights from above coming through in rays.
They notice the light outside looks like their dream as they discuss over the breakfast.
As they walk out and look up, the sky looks like the surface of the ocean seen from below. They are both deeply shocked by this, while the locals seems to not mind or pay this phenomenon attention.
On the beach the see another breathtaking phenomenon. The sea itself has risen to a 10,20 metes high wall of water, like a moving wave stuck in place.
On the beach fishermen are taking the opportunity to fix their boats as they cannot go out, but they seem utterly unbothered.

Karl and the fishermen walk towards Tómas’s store as Yrsa has disappeared.

Jonas alerts Tómas, who quickly flees town after which Jonas confronts Karl and assures him that he will investigate the store for clues to any mischief.

The investigators help and they find a store ledger with an odd order from Yrsa containing symbols seen both on the sea creature and in the chapel ruins.
They decides to split up: Jonas goes to the chapel ruins to search for his wife, while the investigators go to the old whaling station as more and more clues are pointing that way.
The investigators grap some tools for weapons, rope and batteries.

The investigators enters the whaling station ruin where they are confronted by a man. The confrontation turns into a fight and an unlucky fall kills the man outright.
The investigators decide to leave, but decide to do a quick walk through the whaling station where they find a staircase down.
As they come down, two men, who of whom closely resembles Einar, the reclusive head of one of the elder families comes the other way. the investigators hide letting the men pass.
As the men leaves, the investigators walk further down the basement and finds a huge hall with a large round water tank made of glass.
The strange symbols and the spiral symbol is carved everywhere in the floor, the walls and even in the glass tank.
Diana grabs the big hammer she took in Tómas’ store and runs to the big glass tank.
But she stops as out through the unclear dirty sea water in the tank comes Rúna’s face, ecstatic and smiling.
