I am currently painting a small Sisters of Battle using recent minis for 2nd edition battles.
And a friend of mine (and somebody I used to play both Rogue Trader and 2nd edition with in the 90s) gave me a wonderful Operative Umbral-six Vindicare Assassin, which I took apart so the Assassin can stand on his own with the Battle Sisters.
They paint job is more subdued with less contrast and less highlight than I would normally paint and I really like the result.
