Kommander Jancovich
The Kommander has had his head replaced with a head from a Vindicare Assassin because to me Kommanders would always have the best equipment in the Neo Soviet army so it seemed odd he didn't have a gas mask as well.
I then used the a Vangaurd arm holding a Kalashnikov to arm the Kommander properly.
