Salute

Salute is a yearly gmaing event held by the wargaming club South London Warlords. I believe it is the biggest of its kind in Europe.

I have been going every year since 2001 and have taken photos since 2005. As you can see I have yet to upload photos from the last 3 years. Whoops.

Salute 2005in pictures

Salute 2005 is over. Again this year I demo'ed Dark Age for Artemis Black, but this year with the new revised rules.

I must say the revised Dark Age rules play a lot smoother, this notion was supported by a few gamers who also tried out a demo game last year.

My feeling is that there was a lot more people trying out the game this year and the table was active most of the day, even at lunch time which is very impressive. One of the things that drew people in was the new Ice Arbiter, which isn't out yet. He should be coming with the rulebook

People kept asking about where to buy it and I must admit i myself is very VERY keen to paint up a Dragyri force around this masive tank of a male dragyri.

If you, like me, is an old fan of Shadowrun you might want to look out for this brand spanking new game called Rezolution. It is a small quick paced skirmish game in whcih you can also fight over the net over data at the same time as shooting up your opponent. Great variation in minis too.

I cannot recommend you transport your minis like this. Yes they have magnetic bases but stil, no foam???
