DM notes, we don’t play a regular campaign with our old London gang anymore. But as we all still wanted to keep in touch, I have started what I hope to be a more lightweight (maybe West Marches style) campaign people can dial into once in a while. The campaign focuses around the interplanar Tavern: […]

Having made it all the way down River Styx to Phlegethos, our heroes had spend a long and peaceful night at Hell’s Delight, the local tavern in the small harbour town Styxhaven. In the morning, the party came down for some brunch. Scanning the tavern, they saw their enthusiastic local connection, James Brimstone waving them […]
I’m starting a D&D campaign for my niece and nephew and to give them free reign, I decided to let them build their characters on Heroforge getting fully customized prepainted miniatures. So I thought I’d share the result so you can see the quality. My niece’s Hybrib (but mostly Human) shapeshifting Rogue. The character has […]
We are about to start a more light-hearted D&D Campaign centred around a bar called “Here Today. Gone Tomorrow” run by a retired Beholder named Bebbie. Each player has chosen a character who is working in the bar. This is the Drow Rogue/ Chef.

Having found the entrance to the river Styx, the party rushed to catch the Ferryman who had just left the harbour. With some nail biting moves and a few failed jumps, the party made it safely to the boat without anybody falling into the burning waves of the river Styx. As Thorga, The Dwarven Paladin, […]
Even back when I played Warhammer in the 90s, I always thought the Fleshhounds were cool. Highly intelligent, fast and dangerous demons. I think the evolution of the design of the Fleshhound over the years have been a constant improvement and as such, I jumped at the chance to use them as Hell Hounds in […]
Having bought the Khorne Fleshhounds to use as Hell Hounds in our current D&D Campaign “A Date with the Devil“, I couldn’t resist the temptation to get the mighty Karanak miniature and use it as a Cerberus for D&D. However, I really wanted it to have a different look, so I tried a new technique […]
Sometimes a seemingly unimportant NPC takes on a life of their own. In our previous campaign our heroes ended up defending a castle and as part of setting up the castle dwellers, I create a Halfling Blacksmith named Ms Gentlefeet, nicknamed Ms Not-So-Gentlefeet due to her very unlady like manners. A nickname she is secretly […]
