All my giant miniatures have been gifts from my lovely wife. I last Christmas she got me two more: An Ettin and a Cyclops from Meeplevault. The Cyclops need to be assembled but the Ettin came as a single piece and what a piece indeed! First of all, the print quality is amazing. Second, the […]

Having saved the castle of the High King: Dragonskeep, our heroes stayed for some well earned R&R. However, the peace was not long lived. Necromancers had gathered around the castle to perform their unholy craft on the dead from the war. While this was manageable by the castle guards for a time, the task was […]
Hi yall! Ma name is Bebbie and this is my interplanar bar “Here Today. Gone Tomorrow“. Now, you might wonder why such a beholderish handsome genderneutral entity is the owner of a humble bar rather than taking its place as the rightful ruler of the multiverse. The thing is, all this beholdering, tyranyning and rightful-rulering […]
This lvl 2 oneshot was inspired by this lvl 13 oneshot called “Krampus’ Lair”. You meet in a tavern It is dark, cold and winter time. The party meets in the Singing Salmon to reminisce over the year’s adventuring, when they cozy talks are interrupted by a drunk and crying woman by the bar. She […]
First finished miniature of 2022 is an oldie, but a goodie: The only Goffik Rocker Ork I have left from back when I played Warhammer 40.000: Rogue Trader. The reason I decided to paint him up was not to expand my Bad Moon Warband, but because I needed a Half-Orc Bard for an Xmas 2021 […]
When I started playing Dungeons & Dragons again after a 20 year break, it also revived my painting hobby and since 2018 I have posted a mega post at the end of the year displaying what I painted that year. On these links you can find 2018, 2019 and 2020. 2020 was special as I […]
I am pretty sure this will be my last post of 2021… other than my Hobby Year Book for 2021. And it does complete my Phlegethos gaming board to some extend. I still have some other scatter bits I want to create, but they mainly just expand the range of scatter below. Some of these […]
I finished my Phlegethos board recently. The idea was to have a lavaboard with floating elements on top. And I was quite happy with it. In the process I decided to add tiles as it would give a hint of semi-civilised world plus both my players and I like tiles for tactical encounters. All good. […]
Our part ended the last campaign with a big win… but at a cost. One of the heroes paid 19% of her soul to use a Hellfire Cannon and that has opened up for a trip to hell in our next campaign. More specifically, I decided that the party will be exploring (and hopefully surviving) […]
Professionally I work in design and if there is one thing I have learned over the years, is that what looks good and how long it takes to make isn’t always associated. This statue is a good example, this is super super easy to make. I used the following items: Winner Trophy from Tiger Marble […]
I bought this Fey with a group of other miniatures from dndfigurer.dk with no specific goal in mind. However, when my wife saw me painting it, she called it a “Fey Boss”. So clearly, that is what it will be used for in the future 🙂
I already have an Owlbear, but this Snowy Owlbear was too cute not to get. Fun and fast to paint. Nothing more to say than I think it would fit a Christmas oneshot.
