When I first saw this Genestealer Magus, I thought she would be a fantastic character for Dungeons & Dragons.
But between me buying the miniature and painting her, I learned about Grim Dark and I decided to paint her Grim Dark style.
While the result is not perfect, I really do like the look of her and it was interesting to use Enamel Washes on a miniature with fabric and clothes.
The process
Base paint and metal
Heavy layer of Drak Brown Enamel Was from AK Interactive.
Dapping Wash off with qTip in white spirits.
Clean up with some highlights and details.
Final result
