While Princess Emerald was the first “chibi” style miniature I’ve ever painted and I did find it challenging as she was very different to paint that the high-quality, detailed wargaming miniatures I normally paint, I did find find painting the Royal Warden a whole lot easier as I was building on what I have learned.
I’ve also realised that painting Super Dungeon Explore miniatures is a lot faster due to the lower quantity of details, which I am starting to find very appealing as I can get to a finished result faster… which is needed given the Forgotten King expansion that he belongs to, has a whooping 58 miniatures to get cracking on!
