Finally got around to paint the last unit for my 1,000 point Khorne 2nd edition army. And incidentally also the first unit I bought for this army!
I’ve used the same new technique of priming the metal and adding Schminke ink as I did with the Khorne Berserkers and I think the result was really good again.
This time it was not red ink on gold, but black ink on metal as I wanted this unit to of the Black Legion in case I ever get my hands on Abaddon the Despoiler and some Chaos Terminators from 2nd edition era.
But for now, Khârn the Betrayer will leads the 1,000 point of pure chaos carnage!

The traditional Black Legion logo has an eye in the center of the chaos symbol.
I’ve decided to just use the eye and make it look like a big eye is actually resting on the shoulders, moving and staring at the enemy in the most unnerving way.
