As I am building up my LEGO Paradisa display, I ended up with two 6402 Sidewalk Cafes and it gave me the idea to make it the starting point of a story by merging the two into one, removing one of the (exclusive to this set) printed ice cream tiles, and adding a thief (a pirate from the same era) that steals the ice cream.
That also gives my future Crockett and Tubbs cops something to do.
