I’ve painted a copy of this mini in the past, but as a Tiefling so it was fun trying to paint the same mini again.
I experimented with a few painting methods I haven’t really used before as I wanted her to look lush, almost like a brothel madame,
First of all I wanted to give her a thin, sheer black dress. This I did by painting her all red and giving her multiple layers of Nuln Oil. Quite happy with the result.
Then I wanted to give her a golden silk gown, but using metallic gold didn’t quite work so I opted for a sharp contrast non-metallic metal. I think it is not as good as I hoped, but overall it works fine.
