As some of you may remember I got thoroughly thrashed by my brother and his fiancee during the summer’s Confrontation battles. Probably due to my inability to make proper use of my Elves rather than anything else.

I was determined to get my Orcs of the Behemoth painted for Christmas, but new job and a project taking me away from home got in the way (I did paint one tracker, just for the record).

So five days before flying home I in a panic attack-ish fit decided to beef up my Elves with a Pulsar, which I hadn’t even assembled at the time, and an Equanimous Warrior, which I had previously painted the foundation colours on.

I was fantasising about painting something awesome in the Pulsar’s wheel, but due to the time pressure and to be true to my fast-paint-to-play approach to the Elves I stuck with the same methodology I used on the previous elves and it turned out pretty decent.
