I left the Huntress to last as I was not sure what colours to paint her. In the end I decided to paint her based on a My Little Pony my sister had when she was a kid (well.. she may still have it). It was a white pony with wings and purple mane. I left her top half rather tanned as I imagine she rarely wears much more that she is currently wearing so her skin would be exposed to sun a lot. Well… overall I think Super Dungeon Explore minis are relatively fast to paint, but not this lady. I had problems with her cloak and only after getting that done did I realise how many potions she is carrying around! Anyway she is done and I am happy with her. I’ve mentioned this before, but one of the things I love about the Super Dungeon Explore Miniatures is that they are relatively easy and fast to paint. The Questing Knight is a prime example of that. I am happy with the end result, but it feels like I’ve cheated as he didn’t take that long to paint… it reminds me of when I painted Pervical for Kingdom Death: Monster, but who says it should take ages to paint miniatures?
