Now that we are starting a more city based and civilised campaign, I’ve found Darksword Miniatures’ Game of Thrones line great for NPCs such as these two Maesters as Scholars. I do find that the blonde man looks a bit like Jeremy Corbyn Scholars of the Institute of Fairy Studies
The George R.R. Martin Masterworks miniatures are fantastic as city NPCs and these three ladies are no exception. The Sansa miniature acts as Baroness Leonilda Von Crupp in our Daisygate campaign. I generally struggle with female faces but I feel these three are better than any I’ve painted before.
Really like the Atlantis dwarf minis, but one thing I would say is they are better primed black as they have so many details you need the black undercoat to really cover all the crevasses. Scholars of the Institute of Fairy Studies
Eventhough the Kingdom Death: Monster pinups are great, I don’t paint a lot iof them since I tend to paint what I need to play and they don’t feature in the game.a Nevertheless, I thought it could be fun to paint a male pinup so I bought this fantastic Preacher mini and it has been […]
Vintage Bilbo I’ve had since 90s. He is from Midlam Miniatures I finally got around to paint him as part of a group of NPCs. Group of NPCs
Speed painted merchant. Green is contrast paint. Group of NPCs
I had actually planned for a Goblin King from Avatars of War to be the rider of this bear. However, it has taken an annoyingly long time for that mini to arrive (still hasn’t arrived), so in order to get ready for our first game in our new campaign Daisygate, I used a pretty cool […]
I’ve bene wanting to paint this owlbear group for quirte some time and finally made the decision to buy them and paint them. Was good fun.
I honestly don’t remember when I bought this miniature. It might have been with the flesh golem. I quite like it as it is quite the character for an NPC. Group of NPCs
Last but not least, a sneaky Goblin Assassin! Don’t know what to use him for yet, but I bet he will be one nasty git!
I saw this Troll mini by chance and I ordered it on the spot. What a fantastic powerful badass of a troll. However, I left it too late to paint him so ended up using contrast paint and a lot of drybrush and honestly, I am quite happy with the result.
